When do you schedule your appointments?You want to get as many appointments as possible to present your community. But how much attention do you pay to the specific time you set for these appointments?
The most successful sales people make a point to schedule their presentation appointments when the prospect will see and potentially have the chance to engage with other positive residents. These sales people make appointments for 11AM so they can have the customer join them for lunch, or at least see the residents at lunch prior to leaving. They also schedule appointments at 4PM so the customer can see the residents at dinner and potentially ask the prospect to stay for dinner. And they also schedule their appointments for times when popular resident activities are likely to be observed.
So, make a point to set your appointments for times that will expose your prospects to the lifestyle experiences of your residents, since it’s these experiences that your prospect is probably looking for!
