Hunsicker Real Estate Services (HRES), a division of Hunsicker Consulting and an affiliate of SellingSeniorLiving.com, refers professionally screened Preferred Real Estate Professionals to senior living communities and their future residents. 

Through its unique screening process, HRES provides referrals of carefully selected Realtors to the communities and its future residents and/or prospective residents.  Our Referral Coordinator will provide up to three (3) Preferred Real Estate Professionals based on screening for their qualifications and recent success in selling homes for seniors and others in the specific market area where the senior’s home is located.  This service will be especially valuable for communities who have residents relocating from outside of the city or state.  It is also available and valuable to help connect future residents with the right local Realtor.

Upon the future resident’s selection of one of the Preferred Real Estate Professionals, the Referral Coordinator will monitor the marketing activity for the resident’s house through weekly updates from the Preferred Real Estate Professional.  These updates can be forwarded to the community if desired.

There is no cost for this service for the community or the future resident.  Hunsicker Real Estate Services receives it’s compensation through referral fees from the Preferred Real Estate Professionals.
