Finding the Right People for the Right Job

Senior Living Talent combines the 10 year plus talent acquisition and career development experience of Darren Arnett with the 25 years of experience and contacts of Rick Hunsicker in Senior Living, to bring a unique combination of skills and knowledge to those wanting to find the right people for the right jobs in senior living.

This unique approach, including a special program called our “cross-over candidate” program, provides clients with proven sales and management talent from related industries and provides them initial orientation and coaching thereby helping them become productive senior living professionals much sooner than those without this industry coaching. We are the only organization we are aware of in the senior living recruiting arena that provides this specialized service.

Training Model for Candidates that are new to the Senior Living Industry offered by Hunsicker Consulting (sellingseniorliving.com)

1. Before the candidates actual start date and/or when the offer is accepted, Hunsicker Consulting would provide 8 hours of orientation into Selling Senior Living divided into (4) 2 hour sessions by phone.
2. After the candidate has started work, Hunsicker Consulting would provide 1 hour a week for the first 3 months of generic sales coaching for any challenges that the candidate is facing.
3. Access to (52) 7 to 12 minute E-Learning modules due to be launched on the Hunsicker Consulting website at the end of the 3rd quarter or beginning of the 4th quarter.

**There is no fee for this service. This is an additional service that is included in the recruiting agreement fee for candidates that are new to the industry.

With over 17 years of combined experience in recruiting, marketing and sales within Information Technology, Senior Health, Publishing and Foodservice, Darren has the unique set of searching and selling skills, and the experience to recruit that special candidate. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas. As demonstrated by his early accomplishments as an Eagle Scout, Darren’s drive and passion for excellence allows him to help candidates and clients better themselves, as well as their team, both personally and professionally.
